For that reason I didn't rush to complete my studies, but instead took my time. Not only for social reasons, but also to do more research. I had a brilliant time at university and I have absolutely no regrets, but that's partly due to the ease with which I could make ends meet. I was fortunate enough to study in a country where tuition fees are not so high (about 1700 Euro a year) and I was able to work part-time and pay for my rent and tuition fees that way.

For mine, I think having the space to talk about issues or share different perspectives may be helpful. One of my criticisms of things at the school are that they're like social hours with people you don't know, which isn't what my aim is.
